As a first step, attendees will arrive at the fair by logging on to www.rozee.pk/jobfair and then arrive at a virtual job fair lobby that displays attractive sponsor banners and video ads, guiding you to discover the landscape of the status of the recruitment in Pakistan and find out what companies are hiring and in what departments.

You can click on the sponsor logos and go directly to the employer booth of your choice, moving away from the simulated lobby environment and to the Floors of where the booths are located. Throughout your navigation and browsing experience you will have access to a list of all sponsors and participating employers that you can refer to along the way.

Floor Plan and Booths

Each floor will have multiple booths based on the tier of HR participation. Attendees can browse and select a particular company booth to get more information though downloads and chat. An announcement window will keep you updated about the event essentials and messages. There will also be a tab of company index which you can access at all times to jump to companies in your area of discipline and industry.

On the company booth you can access the most crucial information for most jobseekers such as downloads that outline details about the company’s HR policies and its current hiring trends or details about its standing in the industry. This identifies the company culture which is an important prerequisite to applying for any job.

The magic of a virtual job fair emerges out of the instant application feature, where candidates can not only be shortlisted using 10 qualifiers such as keyword, but also offered online and offline interviews.
